PRICING & DETAILS

Deposits and payments 

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated event cost is required at the time of signing your contract. A payment schedule, including tax and service charges, will be provided by your catering manager. the full balance is due two weeks before the event. A final guarantee of attendance is required by 12:00 noon, four business days before the scheduled event. after this point, the guaranteed number of guests connot be decreased. 

Service charges and taxes

Pricing does not include current taxes and service charges. these are as follows: 
• 8% taxes on any space rental
• 10.5%taxes on all food, beer, and wine
• 15.5% taxes on all liquors 
• 22% service charge on all food and beverage

Seating 
Banquet seating will consist of round tables and ten chairs. alternative table setups can be considered and may be subject to additional charges.


Parking 
Kingston Resorts offers valet parking at out front entrance. Self-parking is available at all properties. discounted rates are available through your catering manager for evening events and are based upon availability.  Special rates do not apply to overnight parking. rates are subject to change. 

 

Audiovisual equipment 
Presentation and audiovisual equipment and services are available. Information may be obtained from your catering/event manager.
 

Electric and sound
Services are provided by the hotel. Charges may be obtained from your catering/events manager
